THE COMPANY Acquired its flagship asset in early 2019, a 15% interest in the duyung psc. following a highly successful appraisal drilling campaign in q4 2019, we unlocked a 79% increase in 2c resource. the duyung asset is situated in the west natuna basin offshore indonesia, close to the west natuna transportation system which delivers gas to singapore - a country with high gas prices and supply shortages. in september 2020, we broadened our strategic focus to include low carbon energy assets including renewables, recognising that the global energy transition is well underway and significant investment in clean energy is required in order to meet climate goals.
We are evaluating a number of opportunities in the clean energy sector in the region. Alongside this strategic focus, we remain open to opportunities in gas, which will continue to have a key role in electricity generation, replacing coal.
Coro Energy has a 20.3% interest in ion Ventures - a South East Asian and UK focused developer of clean energy projects.

The Bezzecca Field was awarded production concession status in July 2014 through the enlargement of the existing Cascina Castello Licence. This field started production in July 2017 and it is currently producing at around 15,000 scm / day as of November 2022

A production increase is envisaged through a workover on one of the existing wells, which will be sidetracked.

Under the current legislation Coro will not be able to develop this licence, however the Ministry has agreed to suspend this licence for the time being.
